Day 3 River Journal | Introduction to Exchange

The Superintendent of Fresno schools welcomed the group to the San Joaquin River project.	The group was given gifts of pens, travel bags, and books.
First, there was a tour of a house that is being restored.
The San Joaquin River has been beautifully restored and is now used for recreation.
The group received a quick lesson in canoeing techniques.	Then they canoed up and down a beautiful stretch of the San Joaquin River.
