Web of Life

Everything around us is interconnected like a web. Altering or removing one element affects the others.

To demonstrate this philosophy, each group at the workshop was given a set of elements: sun, flowers, plants, rabbit, mouse, bird of prey, water. Yarn is used to demonstrate the energy that binds these elements. One person holds the "sun" card and takes the beginning of the yarn. That person passes the ball of yarn to the next element that they feel uses the sun's energy. That next person passes the yarn onto the next element, and so on.

Trainer Dick Jordan explains the process to the teachers as they divide up the labels.
When all elements have been connected, a web of energy connecting all elements is created.
If one element is removed (one person releases the yarn), the Web of Life collapses.
