Dear Prof. Sukumar:

In the letter to you on behalf of IPAN and Loki the elephant, the reference citation to the Environmental Investigation Agency’s report on the hydro-electric project that is projected to have “horrific ecological consequences”, especially on the wild elephant population in the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve, was omitted.
